A Saudi plane, carrying more than 50 tons of relief materials, left Riyadh Wednesday for Khartoum to provide assistance to victims of floods which recently hit Sudan, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
“This came in line with a royal directive issued by the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz,” according to a statement.
The relief consignment is comprised of foodstuffs, blankets, tents and medical supplies, it said – Albawaba.com
