Saudi Arabia’s King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Finland's President Tarja Halonen on the occasion of her country's national day.
On his own behalf, the Saudi people and government, the Saudi King expressed his sincere wishes of constant good health and happiness to President Halonen and steady prosperity and progress to the people of Finland, according to SPA news agency.
