General director of the Saudi border guards Talal Anqawi has denied reports about clashes between army forces and Yemeni tribesmen on the Saudi-Yemeni borders, Al-Ayyam daily reported on Sunday.
The clashes were reportedly launched on a site of a German company working on demarcating the joint borderline with the Saudi kingdom. Anqawi said in press remarks published Saturday that the German Company was still carrying out its work in a natural fashion.
"The German Company is working in full swing to finish demarcation on the scheduled time," he was quoted by Al-Ayyam as saying. (Albawaba.com)
