Sbm and ibm conduct the first "lotus techday"
In an effort to support Lotus customers in Saudi Arabia with the required technical updates and knowledge on the latest technology announcements from IBM Lotus Software, Saudi Business Machines Ltd. (SBM), the General Marketing and Services Representative of IBM WTC in Saudi Arabia, and IBM recently launched the first technical enablement session called "Lotus TechDay" in Riyadh.
The hands on session was conducted on installing, configuring and upgrading IBM Lotus Notes and Domino products. It was an excellent learning opportunity for customers since most are planning to upgrade to Domino 8. Lotus TechDay will be now be conducted regularly in various cities in Saudi Arabia.
