At least seven people died and nine were injured Saturday when a pick-up truck collided with a minibus and both plunged into a canal, police said.
Rescue workers were searching the canal for the bodies of two people still missing, they added.
The truck, traveling at high speed, lost control and crashed head-on with the bus on a narrow road in the Nile Delta before both vehicles fell into the Rayah al-Beheiry canal, police said - CAIRO (AFP)
