ALBAWABA - Gunfire was reported inside Storo Storsenter shopping center in Oslo, Norway, local media reported on Monday.
British newspaper The Mirror said that early reports suggest that several people were injured in the gun attack at the Storo Storsenter mall, which is the largest shopping centre in Oslo.
In a statement, Operations Manager Eirik Sannes in the Oslo Police District said, "We are at the Storo Center following a report that a person fired shots inside the center."
The Oslo Police District manager further mentioned that the police arrived at the scene of the incident just before 11:00 a.m. Monday, Varto Oslo reported.
"We have the shooter under control," Eirik Sannes added in a statement.
Local media confirmed, citing the police, that "there was only one perpetrator involved."
