Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will meet Belgian Foreign Minister Louis Michel in Berlin on Thursday, reported the Jerusalem Post newspaper.
However, Sharon's office has yet to confirm he will meet Michel, said the paper.
Sharon had reportedly refused to visit Belgium during his upcoming official maiden visit to Europe.
The premier's original itinerary included Berlin, Brussels and Paris, but the middle leg of his trip was canceled.
His office put it down to scheduling issues, but Israeli diplomatic sources said it was because of the opening of legal proceedings in Belgium against Sharon for his alleged role in the 1982 Sabra and Shatilla massacres in Lebanon.
A Brussels magistrate is currently considering whether Sharon can stand trial in Belgium.
