Two years after the opening of its regional office in Dubai, SHL has announced a fresh focus on its business in the Middle East and North African markets. From today, customers in the region will be able to purchase Arabic paper and pencil assessments from the SHL office in Dubai and not through distributors.
This offers customers direct access to market-leading psychometric assessment expertise, on-the-ground support through the Dubai office with an Arabic and English speaking customer service function and a range of up-to-date tests in Arabic - this is in addition to the broad selection of SHL online assessments already available in 31 languages.
“SHL’s aim is to get closer to our customers and partners across the region by providing excellent customer service, to expand our range of assessments in Arabic and to increase awareness of the benefits to organisations of delivering assessment online,” said Mohamed Farid, Regional Manager – Middle East, SHL. “By serving our customers directly, we can guarantee that our solutions expertise will be applied to solve their business challenges in one of the fastest growing regions in the world.”
In order to cement local links with our customers, SHL is running three breakfast seminars in April across the region:
· 25 April – Jeddah
· 26 April – Riyadh
· 29 April – Dubai
These will be hosted by Peter Humphreys, VP of Sales UK, Ireland & Middle East and Mohamed Farid, and will cover in more detail SHL’s plans for supporting businesses in the region and a product and solution update, including availability of assessment material in Arabic.
“Our new business model and expansion of operations in Dubai demonstrate our commitment to the region and our determination to establish SHL as the Middle East’s business solutions provider of choice,” said David Leigh, CEO, SHL. “Our main aim with all customers worldwide is to help them ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time.”
