Siemens Healthcare wins Al Razi contract during the first day of Arab Health.
A deal that will supply the centre with state of the art diagnostic facilities and equipments.
Siemens Healthcare, one of the world’s largest suppliers of integrated and comprehensive healthcare solutions, today announced that it is to supply state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment to Al Razi Healthcare in Lahore, Pakistan.
The recently signed contract will provide Al Razi Healthcare with unrivalled diagnostic imaging services, many of which are not currently available from a single location anywhere else in Pakistan.
Commenting on the deal, Mr. Maurice Faber, vice president Siemens Healthcare Middle East and West Asia, said, “We are very proud to announce this agreement today as this deal will create the first diagnostic imaging centre in the region that is equipped exclusively with Siemens Healthcare innovations. The deal includes a broad range of Siemens diagnostic equipment including the MAGNETOM Avanto MRI, the ultimate system for hospitals with the most comprehensive and advanced application range available, the SOMATOM Definition, the world’s first dual source CT with complete range of dual energy applications, the AXIOM Multi M with mobile Flat Detector, the first radiography system in Pakistan to cover the full spectrum of general purpose radiographic applications from skeletal to thorax, paediatric to orthopaedic exposures. The project also includes Mammography system, multiple Digital Colour Doppler machines and Digital Radiography / Fluoroscopy unit AXIOM Iconos R200.
