ALBAWABA - In the previous 48 hours, Israeli soldiers perpetrated six mass executions in Gaza, killing 78 and injuring 214, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health. Many victims are stuck beneath debris, unreachable to rescue personnel under persistent bombardment.

To far, the Ministry has documented 43,469 Palestinian dead and 102,561 wounded from the October 7, 2023 fighting.

Medical reports said an attack on a school for displaced Palestinians in Al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza City killed 10 and wounded others. Israeli soldiers targeted Shuhiber School, sheltering hundreds of displaced people, killing women and children, according to witnesses.

Gaza saw further strikes. Israel struck people west of Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing three and injuring three. Five people were killed and four wounded when Israeli soldiers attacked a gathering east of Rafah. A drone strike near a market and another on a home in northern Gaza's Jabalia killed eight and injured others.

The medical scenario in northern Gaza is dire. Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, director of Beit Lahia's Kamal Adwan Hospital, called the situation “catastrophic,” citing staff detentions and serious shortages. “We can only provide basic first aid,” he claimed, blaming Israeli blockades and limited access for expert personnel.

Requests for foreign aid have gone ignored. Abu Safiya said, “The situation worsens daily. Staff have no food or water, and bombardment continues near the hospital.”

Since ambulances are few in northern Gaza, Kamal Adwan Hospital received 12 dead and over 50 wounded on Wednesday, with many more trapped beneath rubble.

For 34 days, Israel has attacked houses, shelters, and communities, preventing food and water from entering. This escalation has killed hundreds, and humanitarian workers claim near-total inability to react due to direct strikes and mobility limitations.
