Six religious school students were killed Sunday by suspected Islamic extremists in Chlef province, 200 kilometers west of Algiers, reported the official Kuwait news agency (KUNA).
A source told KUNA that the killers attacked the school in a small village near the Haranifa municipality, shooting the students while they were asleep.
