Within government guidelines aimed at developing innovative solutions to the housing problem in Bahrain, the Ministry has initiated a project "Intelligent Building" to develop solutions to the problem of housing for low-income families to make their home distinguishes sustainability and speed of delivery.
Presentation will be led by: Engineer Sami Mandeel – Acting Director, Housing Projects, Construction & Maintenance- Ministry of Housing.
Note that the most important features of these houses: the use of materials for building are environmentally friendly and do not harm the health of citizens, the long lifetime of the housing units of up to about 90 years, resistance to earthquakes, hurricanes, wind, sound insulation, heat and humidity, which will help provide energy to the standard period of implementation and low cost of the project significantly
