Iran's Majlis Speaker said on Thursday that his country is the most "democratic, stable and secure" country in the region but enemies cannot stand this fact. In a meeting with members of the Presidential Council of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Haddad-Adel expressed Tehran's readiness to expand all-out bilateral ties with Sarajevo.
Two unfair wars have been imposed on Iran and Bosnia-Herzegovina, he said, according to IRNA, stressing the importance of boosting bilateral cooperation in reconstructing the two countries.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran supports Bosnia's membership at the European Union and believes that consolidation of the union can play constructive and effective role in promoting the process of unilateralism in the world," the Iranian speaker stated.
