Weekends are an ideal time to enjoy ZUMA’s popular Friday brunches and Saturday Ebisu lunches, with the outdoor terrace area open to overlook The Gate Village and bring in the fresh breeze.
Ebisu, the three-course lunch menu, offers even more value for money on Saturdays with a free dessert platter for groups of four and above, or an individual dessert, from ZUMA’s tempting dessert selection, for bookings of three and below. Guests will also receive a complimentary Bellini on arrival.
“The vibrant atmosphere of The Gate Village offers guests the chance to enjoy a leisurely meal at ZUMA with family and friends, then stroll through the cosmopolitan village taking in the neighbouring art galleries and boutiques,” said Shabnum Rajput, Marketing Manager of ZUMA Dubai.
Ebisu is a light and healthy lunch-time option, consisting of miso soup followed by three courses. There are 18 options, including ZUMA’s popular maki rolls.
Early evenings also offer value dining with the ‘Taste of Zuma’ three-course menu for AED 195 per person. Available from 7pm to 8pm, ‘Taste of Zuma’ features ZUMA signature dishes such as Miso-Marinated Black Cod and Spicy Beef Tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy; served with either a glass of wine, carafe of sake or non-alcoholic cleanser.
Friday brunch also offers all the ZUMA favourites, with buffet dining at the robata, sushi and dessert counters. The generous selection is complemented by your choice of a main meal from the brunch menu, including ZUMA classics like Barley Miso Baby Chicken and Spicy Fried Tofu, Avocado and Japanese Herbs, prepared fresh and served to the table.
The ZUMA brunch comes in two options, either priced at AED 285, including non-alcoholic beverages, cleansers and mocktails; or priced at AED 385 including unlimited Bellinis, sake tasters, and an upmarket sommelier’s selection of wines.
