MARG Constructions Ltd., a leading real estate and infrastructure development company, has appointed Mr. Subash Chandira as an Advisor for the real estate and infrastructure projects. A veteran in the field of realty, Mr. Chandira has 28 years of experience gained in various capacities, during his tenure with Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA). As the Advisor, Mr. Chandira would also play an active role in various functions of the organisation like finance, business strategy and project development.
During his tenure with CMDA, Mr. Chandira was involved in various projects such as the wholesale market complex, bus terminal, bio meathanation plant, new town projects, mini fly-over projects and state highways.
Speaking on his new assignment, Mr. Chandira said, "I am very excited to have the chance to work with the team at MARG Constructions. Having worked for 28 years in the infrastructure development industry, I recognize MARG as a company that has the potential to offer optimum solutions to the nation’s growing real estate and infrastructure demands.

Mr. Subash Chandira’s academics include a Masters of Regional Planning and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Psychology & Industrial Relations from IIT, Kharagpur. He also has done his Masters of Economics from University of Madras and has completed a course on “Infrastructure Projects, Planning, Appraisal & Implementation” at University of Bradford, UK.
