Foreign Affairs Ministers from Sudan, Yemen and Ethiopia are due to meet in Khartoum following Eid Al-Fitr vacation, an official in the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Monday.
The meeting is expected to discuss the formation of a joint ministerial committee, along with various issues to support relations and coordination among the three countries, the official told the Kuwait News Agency.
The ministers held a tripartite summit in Addis Ababa in November, which expressed the three countries’ concern over developing Israeli-Eritrea relations, KUNA added.
Yemen's President Ali Abdallah Salih, Sudan's President Umar Hasan Ahmad Al-Bashir, and Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi met in Sanna in October and reviewed the relations with Eritrea. (Albawaba.com)
