Swarovski announced the latest collaboration with a selection of traditional wear partners from the Gulf, culminating in an exclusive two-day event in Dubai on May 5th & 6th 2010. A VIP preview of this cooperation, showcasing stunning abaya and jalabiya designs shimmering with crystals, which will precede a series of elite trunk fashion shows the following day. This prestigious happening, will also see the launch of a brochure of the collection titled ‘Jawaher’, taking place under the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS brand.
The exhibition and shows are to be staged in the contemporary XVA Gallery space in Al Bastakiya, Dubai. The event opens on the evening of May 5th, bringing together VIPs, the media and participating traditional partners and designers for a gala preview of the collection.
On May 6th, six of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS’ selected traditional Ingredient Branding partners in the UAE will hold private abaya fashion trunk shows.
