Symposium on new family code scheduled for September 29

A symposium on the new family code will be held in Casablanca on September 29. Organized by the Bouregreg Association in conjunction with the Sectary of State in charge of family and social development, this symposium lies within the scope of a national program to familiarize Moroccan public with the new family code. Le Matin reports that the program of the Symposium includes the presentation of a CD Rom and DVD, which explain the articles of the new family code under five main topics as well as a workshop on the equality of between men and women.
