The two delegations representing the Al-Baath Arab socialist party in Syria and the Labor socialist party in Romania signed on Monday an agreement on consolidation of bilateral cooperation in various fields, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency.
The Romanian Labor socialist party delegation, which began last Friday its visit to Syria, held on Sunday talks with the assistant secretary general of the Baath Arab socialist party, comrade Abdullah Al-Ahmar.
Ways of consolidating cooperation between the two parties and the situation in the region and in the Palestinian arena in addition to the US threat to strike Iraq were discussed. (Albawaba.com)
