Syria in need to develop jails

Syria is serious in its efforts to modernize jails, Minister of Justice has said. In a tour to inspect the justice palace control department, Mohammed al-Ghoufari underlined the ministry interest to take needed procedures to develop prisons and rehabilitate them as well restore the justice palace supervision department.
