Syrian Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Dr. Nor Eddin Mona, leading an official delegation, arrived in Rabat Monday to participate in the deliberations of the third session of the Executive Council of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development, which opens Tuesday, according to SANA news agency.
