Syria’s Deputy Commander in Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister, First Lt.- General, Mustafa Tlass, received on Saturday Lebanese Defense Minister Khalil Alhrawi and an accompanying delegation.
In the course of the meeting, talks focused on the brotherly relations of cooperation between the armies of both countries as well as current regional developments, the official Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
According to the report, the situation in Iraq and the importance of Arab joint action for averting a possible war of destructive consequences were discussed. (Albawaba.com)
