Preliminary meetings in preparation for the Syrian-Iranian joint committee meetings began in Tehran Saturday, under the chairmanship of deputy minister of economy and foreign trade, Dr. Ghassan Habash and Director of international relations in the Iranian housing ministry, Ibrahim Krah Jedaei, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency.
In the course of the meetings, both sides called for developing and strengthening relations of cooperation between Damascus and Tehran in all fields, the agency added. (Albawaba.com)
