Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday concluded his official three-day landmark visit to the United Kingdom, by meeting with British Defense Secretary Geoffrey Hoon to discuss issues of mutual interest, according to KUNA.
President Assad also met with Arab Ambassadors accredited to the United Kingdom, before flying back to Syria, concluding the first such visit to Britain by a Syrian President. (Albawaba.com)
