Syrian Vice President, Abdul Halim Khaddam, arrived in the French capital of Paris on Tuesday.
Khaddam is scheduled to meet with President Jacques Chirac on Thursday to convey a message from Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, concerning the latest developments in the region and bilateral relations between Damascus and Paris, SANA news agency said. (Albawaba.com)
