syscom emirates announces tie-up with kathrein to leverage synergies of scope and expertise
Syscom Emirates LLC, a subsidiary of M’sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC and a specialist in internal communications, network installations, Structured Cabling and Maintenance, has formalized a strategic alliance with Kathrein FZCO, subsidiary of German firm Kathrein-Werke KG operating out of the Dubai Airport Free Zone, to jointly develop and offer a wide range of Products, Services and Multimedia Technologies to companies across the UAE.
The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that sets out the terms of collaboration based on the strengths of Syscom Emirates and Kathrein. The MoU was signed by Yawar Sajjad, General Manager, Syscom Emirates and Peter Anwander, Managing Director, Kathrein M.E. FZCO.
