Tamouh, the master developer headquartered in Abu Dhabi, today outlined the scope of Three60, its estate management arm that offers holistic property solutions ranging from property and facility management to sales, leasing and marketing, as well as real estate ERP solutions and consultancy.
The announcement came on the sidelines of Tamouh’s participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2010, the international real estate investment and development event that runs until 21 April at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2010 is organised under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Facilitating Tamouh’s strategic growth plan to address every area of real estate development, Three60 oversees the management of Tamouh’s key projects including 120 million square feet of built up mixed-use communities in the Marina Square, City of Lights and Abu Dhabi Downtown on Reem Island, as well as one million square feet in Meena Plaza, part of the redevelopment of Port Mina Zayed.
Wilson Lee, Head of Estates, Properties and Facilities-Senior Management, Three60, said: “The key component in our planning stages is a study we carried out to understand the needs and expectations of the home-owners, which we aim to meet and add further value to. As an illustration of the breadth of services we provide, the team at Three60 has identified partners and suppliers that deliver specialised amenities such as home automation features to our core offering at Marina Square.
“We will continue to identify these opportunities and provide Tamouh with intelligent solutions to create real value and improve the quality of life for home-owners.”
Visitors to Tamouh’s 400-sq metre stand (No.C10), Hall No.3, ADNEC, also have the opportunity to explore the Marina Square community portal designed to facilitate the daily tasks of future Marina Square residents. An Internet-based service, the community portal will allow home owners to log in and pay bills, order services, access exclusive offers, download invoices and receipts, and conveniently complete a list of chores from the haven of their houses. The portal is an integrated platform created by Three60 for the home-owners to manage various lifestyle components.
Acting as a one-stop solution, Three60 aligns its strategy with the interests of its stakeholders, comprising institutional investors, end-users and key industry players, and brings together a team of industry professionals to offer diverse services such as investor relations management, tenancy management, strata and master community management and life cycle costing to general services such as maintenance of common facilities.
In addition to Three60, Tamouh includes another subsidiary under its umbrella - Paragon Malls as an operator of turnkey retail environments that pledges to provide customers with an intuitive and exhilarating retail experience. Paragon Malls is currently working to establish Paragon Bay on Reem Island and Paragon Point in Meena Plaza.
