Tanmiyat’s customer relationship management (CRM) team has launched the customer site visit program for its flagship development Living Legends.
To date, 10 percent of the villa owners have visited the development to observe its progress. Visitors toured the busy site accompanied by representatives from Tanmiyat’s CRM department and attended a presentation detailing the development’s construction status. Clients were also given a chance to view the villas’ different construction stages starting from the initial excavation process and ending with the roof floor slab stage.
“The initiation of the site visits program is definitely a positive step by Tanmiyat towards enhancing customer relationship. I have toured the site, seen the advanced state of the development and had the chance to discuss my investment in Tanmiyat with the CRM team,” said Mr Bertie Sawhney, an investor in the Living Legends development.
The site visitation program comes in accordance with Tanmiyat’s enhanced CRM program, which is based on an open approach to customer communication. The company collaborated with CSI Construction, Living Legends contractors, to ensure the program provides customers with insight on the different facets of the development.
“Our enhanced CRM program was established on our conviction of the importance of communicating with our valuable customers and the site visitation program is a step towards achieving this goal,” said Dr. Wan Hasni, Advisor in Charge of Tanmiyat. “The program is a method to reassure our customers of the consistent progress of the project,” Dr. Wan added.
Most of the customers who have participated in the site visits have expressed satisfaction with the project status and the new communication strategy. “Personally, I believe Tanmiyat’s new approach to open communication is quite reassuring in light of the currently fluctuating market,” continued Mr. Sawhney.
