He said Daesh intelligence chief for Aot Abu Saeed -- also known as Amir Sb -- and some Pakistanis were among the dead.

Governor Salim Khan Kunduzi said airstrikes and ground offensives had been launched in some areas of the district against the group.  Sharifullah, a resident of the locality, said Daesh militants were still in the area.
