Ten Palestinians detained by Israeli troops during overnight raids

Israeli forces detained ten Palestinians in overnight arrest raids in the occupied West Bank, Israel's army and locals said Friday.

In the district of Hebron, Fayiz Saadi al-Rajabi was arrested in the city center, Muhammad Badran Barbush from Dura, Muhammad Salameh al-Maqusi from al-Fawwar refugee camp, and Hussam Zuheir Ikhleil from Beit Ummar.
 
Mutasem Ramadan Mahariq was arrested from the village of al-Samu.
 
Akram Khdeir Abu Khdeir, 21, was arrested in Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem, while Khalil Raed Fannoun, 18, was chased, assaulted, and then arrested by Israeli military forces while at work in the Ramallah district.
 
An Israeli army spokesperson said ten Palestinians were detained for "illegal activity."
