According to RT and other sources, the German embassy in Ankara and the consulate in Istanbul are closed on Thursday due to a percieved "terror warning."
The German consulate sent an email to citizens that they had recieved a "not conclusively verifiable" threat, and all facilities were closed as a precaution. The nearby German school is also closed during this time.
On Sunday, a suicide bomber killed 37 people in Ankara. In January, another suicide bombing in Istanbul killed a dozen German tourists.
No group has claimed responsibility for the threats made against the German offices.
