It consists of a detoxifying peel-off body mask which is smoothed across the hips, thighs and abdominal area. When combined with the abdominal massage techniques, this mask works as a detoxifying agent to deeply cleanse the skin from the inside out, creating firm, smooth and healthy looking skin. This reflexology exercise helps to cleanse the colon, encourage circulation to drain away excess fluid and detoxify the body in cellulite-prone zones.
