The Lebanese Army arrested in the Beirut area of Jnah Thursday three people suspected of shooting at soldiers in 2011, the military announced in a statement.
After raids on their homes, Army units arrested three suspects for using military weapons to fire at troops on July 15, 2011, the statement said.
The raids, which were carried out at dawn, also led to the confiscation of an AK-47 rifle and a quantity of ammunition, the Army added.
