David Grammont, better known to French music fans as Tonton David, gave a concert in Berberi Palace in Kantaoui on Saturday August 6. <i>La Presse</i> reports that Tonton David is a musician who combines reggae music with Jamaican style. Tonton David is very popular especially among the young people for the songs that he writes about the problems of unemployment and racism. In his concert in Sousse, Tonton David was accompanied by the DJ Greg Cerrone and DJ Get down, and sang his famous songs like `Peuples` (People) and 'Chacun sa route' (Each on his own way).
