In the past three days Tunisia has arrested about 100 people suspected of having allegiance to Daesh, Reuters reported Tuesday, some of whom were planning attacks.

Officials published video footage of some of the detainees showing evidence of Daesh influence, according to Reuters. The video showed a cell that contained instructions on how to make explosives and a photo of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of Daesh.

The government has been struggling to wage a campaign against Islamist militants that have emerged since its 2011 revolution. Daesh has been expanding its presence in Libya and some worry Tunisia could be next. The country has a presence of Daesh supporters, 3,000 of whom had left to fight in Syria.

The arrests come one week after four police officers were killed in Tunisia's central region of Kasserine.
