Tunisian President Zein el-Abdine bin Ali made Monday a minor reshuffle where he appointed former tourism minister, Salaheddine Maawi, as minister of human rights and communications, reported the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA).
Prime Minister Mohammad al-Gannoushi was quoted by the agency as saying that it was decided to name former minister of tourism and entertainment as new state minister of human rights and communications instead of Afif al-Hindawi who will take over other tasks.
Maawi was dismissed last January when bin Ali made a wide scale reshuffle of the cabinet headed by Gannoushi – Albawaba.com
