Recep Tayyip Erdogan, head of Turkey's governing party, arrived in the Russian capital of Moscow on Monday to promote trade relations and meet with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov.
According to Interfax, the leader of the Islamist-based Justice and Development Party (AKP) was also expected to meet Russian and Turkish businessman and attend the opening of a new shopping mall in Moscow. (Albawaba.com)
