On Saturday, Kuwait intercepted two Iraqi boats "infiltrating" the emirate's territorial waters.
The two boats were spotted before dawn five miles off Ohah island, an estimated 20 kilometers east of Kuwait City by monitors from the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources Affairs (PAAFRA), the Kuwait News Agency said, quoting a statement by the authority.
PAAFRA notified the emirate's coastguard "to take the necessary measures," the official news agency added. It was not clear if they were fishing boats. (Albawaba.com)
