A roadside bomb killed two policemen in Karam Al-Qawadees in Egypt's North Sinai on Tuesday, Ahram Arabic news website reported.
Suspected militants targeted a passing security vehicle in the area, southwest of Sheikh Zuweid.
A police officer and a conscript were killed in the bombing.
On Monday, an IED in the same region killed one student and wounded seven others.
Egypt's army is battling a militant insurgency based in parts of North Sinai. While no group has claimed the bombing, North Sinai is home to Egypt's Daesh-affiliated Sinai Province. The group has conducted multiple bombings and attacks in the area, including planting a bomb on a Russian passenger jet in October 2015.
