One Yugoslav mine expert's leg was torn off and a co-worker lightly injured in an explosion on Sunday as they cleared south Lebanon of mines left behind by Israel when it withdrew from the country two years ago, police said, cited by AFP.

They were admitted to a hospital in Nabatiyeh, some 55 kilometers southeast of Beirut, for medical treatment. (Albawaba.com)
