Two Syrian construction workers were killed and a third was injured Monday by an explosion in a Lebanese mountain village in the Matn province, said security officials cited by agencies.
The officials said the blast occurred in the house where the Syrians lived in Majdal Tarshish, a village some 30 kilometers (19 miles) east of Beirut.
Ahmed Al Hamad and Marwan Rahhal died instantly while Wissam Rahhal was admitted to hospital with injuries.
The cause of the blast was not immediately clear since investigators could not question Wissam, who is in a serious condition – Albawaba.com
