A delegation from the UAE General Women's Union, GWU, left yesterday for Doha, Qatar to participate in the conference of women and politics and their role in the development which will be held there next Saturday.
According to WAM, the participation is part of the keen desire of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the President's Wife and GWU Chairwoman, to encourage women in political work. (Albawaba.com)
