At the Newmarket Horse racing tracks, two UAE horses were able to beat an array of the best-bred racehorses worldwide.
According to Al Bayan daily, Pop Moon, which belongs to Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum won President Derby prize for Group 1 horses, which have taken part in classical races.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad Al Maktoum’s Uranus won Abu Dhabi Pure Arabian Horses race for three-year-olds.
The races take place under the directions of President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. They are organized in cooperation with the British Committee for Pure Arabian Horses, and the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation – Albawaba.com
