UAE Investor Eyes Pakistan IT Sector

A leading business concern of United Arab Emirates (UAE) has decided to make substantial investments in Pakistan, reports said. 

Faleh Al Faisal, Chairman of the Al Emaar International Group has been quoted by agencies as saying that “the investment environment in the country is good and we are happy to be here in Pakistan.” 

According to Bahrain Tribune, the group is gearing up to pump millions of dollars in Pakistan’s information technology, education, health and entertainment sectors. 

As a first step, Faisal said, the group is setting up Zayed International University of Science and Technology in Karachi in September, and branches of its Oxford Private School at Karachi and Lahore in August – Albawaba.com
