Representatives of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) and a Jordanian delegation on Tuesday discussed ways to boost UAE-Jordan economic cooperation, reported the Gulf News.

The delegation, headed by Prince Faisal, was in Abu Dhabi on a three-day visit.

ADCCI's president, Saeed bin Jabr al-Suweidi, said that the visit by the delegation would further enhance trade ties between the UAE and Jordan, and strengthen contacts between businessmen from both countries.

He noted that despite the strong ties between the UAE and Jordan, the volume of trade exchange between the two countries was not up to the level of those relations.

"Your visit gives us the chance to point out the obstacles and explore new means to increase the flow of trade between us," he said in a statement cited by the paper – Albawaba.com
