The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has received a letter from UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. It was delivered by Abdul Reda Abdullah Khouri, UAE Ambassador to Qatar, during a meeting in Doha Monday with the Emir of Qatar, according to WAM.
