UAE\'s Gamco Receives Air Alpha Plane for Major Maintenance

The Abu Dhabi-based Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company (Gamco) has received its first A300-600 aircraft, arriving from the Istanbul-based carrier, Air Alpha, Emirates news official news agency (WAM) reported Tuesday. The aircraft, which will be at Gamco for 15 days, is undergoing a major maintenance check, commonly known as a "C" check, WAM said, quoting an official source at Gamco as saying, "the A300-600 now at their facility, represents a major step forward for the Abu Dhabi-based company as it is the first "C" check" -- Albawaba.com
