UBIFRANCE pavilion at Airport show in Dubai
Eighteen french companies covering a wide spectrum of the airport and aviation industries have signed up to exhibit within the french pavilion UBIFRANCE at the 8th edition of « Airport Show » that will take place in Dubai from June 2 to 4, 2008.
Considered to be leaders in airport and aviation sectors in Europe, and for some worldwide, the french companies will showcase their know-how and a wide range of innovative products and technologies within UBIFRANCE pavilion, the French Agency for International Business Development, at the region’s main trade show for airport construction, operations, technologies and services.
Sophie Issovits, UBIFRANCE pavilion organiser, says « the Middle-East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent are important business targets for french companies due to the huge and multi-facet projects in airport development and expansion. Businesses and investments worth billions are at stake, with figures close to 40 billion US$ in the region and 7 projects in the UAE alone, amounting to 12 billion US$. Due to their well-known experience and innovations, french companies will seize the opportunity of their presence at one of the world’s largest airport industry exhibitions to establish business contacts and market their services and products to take part in the numerous projects in the region ».
