Hizbollah movement has kidnapped three Israeli soldiers from a position in the occupied Shabaa Farms, reported Al-Jazira TV channel.

Violent clashes erupted between the Lebanese movement and Israeli soldiers around the Shabaa Farms, an area occupied by Israel on the border with Syria and Lebanon, reported AFP, quoting security sources.

The Islamic Resistance, the military wing of the Hizbollah, said in a statement that its fighters were "engaged in fierce confrontations with enemy forces" in the Shabaa Farms.

Lebanese security sources said the fighters targeted Israeli posts in the farms of Rowaissat al-Aalam, Tallet as-Sammaqa, Ramta, Jall al-Ahmar and the army observation post towering over the mountainous region, said the agency.

Israeli forces responded by bombarding Hizbollah posts in the Kfarshuba-Shebaa region, they said – (Several Sources)
