A private American power firm has agreed to install coal-fuelled power plant in Thar region of Pakistan with a cost of $10 billion, Bahrain Tribune reported Sunday, quoting an official of the Sindh government.
The official was quoted as saying that “the American firm has offered $10 billion investment to the Sindh Government," noting that a formal agreement to this effect will be signed after Eid Al Fitr" -- Albawaba.com
